Each person may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where bat999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether identified by name, address, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method or any other means — all duplicate accounts may be suspended, merged or closed, and any associated balances may be voided.
You must not register or use the Platform if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, a Restricted Jurisdiction. bat999 updates its list of Restricted Jurisdictions from time to time without prior notice. Users who circumvent jurisdictional restrictions using VPNs, proxies or other tools do so in violation of these Terms, and bat999 reserves the right to void all transactions and close such accounts without returning funds.
You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number — is accurate, complete and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. bat999 is not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the User.
To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing a valid email address or mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation that you are of eligible age. By submitting the registration form, you represent that all information provided is true and agree to these Terms.
bat999 is required to verify the identity of Users before processing withdrawals and may require verification at any other time at its discretion. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:
bat999 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal or suspend an Account where KYC verification is incomplete or where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered or inconsistent with Account information.

Deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. bat999 does not accept third-party deposits. All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed on the Platform at the time of placement. bat999 offers markets on a range of sports including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events. bat999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the declared settlement timeframe, or affected by circumstances that render fair settlement impossible.
Live in-play betting markets are provided in real time. Odds are subject to change without notice. bat999 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any point during an event. Bets accepted before a suspension are settled in accordance with the outcome at the time of the event's conclusion, subject to applicable market rules.
All casino games and live dealer tables operate in accordance with the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. Game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated under the supervision of licensed studios. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error or human error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed or credited, bat999 reserves the right to void affected transactions and correct balances accordingly. bat999's decision in such matters is final. No obligation exists to honour erroneous odds, payouts or bonus credits arising from system errors.
All promotional offers made available by bat999 are subject to specific promotion terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bet limits during wagering, and expiry periods. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fulfilled. bat999 reserves the right to void bonus funds, withhold associated winnings and close an Account where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors. bat999's decision in such matters is final.
bat999 reserves the right to alter, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bets already placed in compliance with the original terms as at the time of placement.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, sound effects, video content, user interface design and data — is the property of bat999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any intellectual property belonging to bat999 or its licensors without express prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes. Screen-scraping, data-mining and any systematic extraction of content from the Platform are expressly prohibited.
bat999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages and other unforeseen events may result in temporary unavailability. bat999 will endeavour to restore the Platform as quickly as reasonably practicable but accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat999 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. bat999's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.
You accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss. bat999 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Users. The outcome of any bet or casino game is determined by chance, published odds or game mechanics, and no guarantee of winnings is made or implied.

Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds will not be returned on closure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bat999 support team. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any outstanding verified balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
