bat999 was built with one purpose: to give Pakistani sports and casino enthusiasts a platform that is fast, fair and built around their needs. Here is our story, our values and what drives us every day.
bat999 was founded by a team of betting and technology professionals who recognised a clear gap in the market: Pakistani users — from the bustling streets of Karachi and Lahore to the quieter neighbourhoods of Multan and Peshawar — deserved a modern, mobile-friendly platform that respected their time, their money and their intelligence.
The name bat999 is a nod to the spirit of cricket — a sport that runs deep in Pakistani culture. Whether it is a high-stakes PSL T20 night match, a tense ICC World Cup knockout game, or a midweek football fixture from Europe, bat999 was designed to put the action in your hands wherever you are.
We launched with a focused mission: transparent odds, a clean interface, honest bonus terms and support that actually responds. That mission has not changed. What has grown is the breadth of our game library, the depth of our sports markets and the size of the community of players who trust bat999 as their platform of choice.
"Our commitment is simple — give every player a fair, enjoyable and safe experience, every single time they log in."
Figures are illustrative of platform scope. Actual game counts and market availability may vary based on operator configuration and applicable regulations.
Every decision at bat999 is guided by a set of values that put the player first — without compromising on honesty or responsibility.
bat999 publishes clear bonus terms, withdrawal conditions and game RTP information. We do not hide fees in small print or obscure wagering requirements behind confusing language. What you see is what you get.
Responsible gambling is not an afterthought for us — it is a foundational principle. We provide deposit limits, session controls, self-exclusion tools and direct links to support resources, and we actively encourage all players to use them.
Most Pakistanis access the internet through their smartphones. bat999 is engineered to perform well on mobile browsers across all device types and connection speeds — from 4G in Islamabad to a slower connection in Faisalabad or Rawalpindi.
We work with professional sports data providers to ensure that our odds on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC events, football and UFC are competitive and accurately reflect market conditions. Our goal is to offer genuine value, not padded margins.
bat999 is built for Pakistani players specifically. We think about local context in everything from our payment method partnerships to our sports coverage focus and our support team's language capabilities — English and Urdu both welcomed.
Player funds, personal data and account information are handled with bank-grade security standards. We use 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform interactions and apply strict KYC and anti-fraud processes to protect every account.
Six reasons why Pakistani players keep coming back to bat999 for their sports betting and casino needs.
bat999 prioritises the sports and tournaments that Pakistani fans care about most. Pakistan national cricket team fixtures, PSL season matches, ICC Champions Trophy and World Cup events all receive dedicated betting markets with competitive pre-match and live odds. We also cover domestic and international football leagues, UFC events and more.
bat999 aims to support payment methods that Pakistani users already know and trust. Methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast bank transfers and accounts with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah may be available, subject to operator configuration. These references are contextual only and do not imply endorsement. Always check the platform's deposit page for current availability.
From classic three-reel slots and video slots with bonus rounds to live dealer roulette, baccarat, blackjack and Andar Bahar — bat999's casino library is built to offer variety at every level. Games come from a curated selection of technology providers and all published RTP figures are clearly labelled as illustrative where applicable.
bat999 offers 24/7 live chat support as per operator-provided information, alongside an email channel with responses targeted within one business day. Our support agents are trained to handle account queries, deposit issues, withdrawal questions and responsible gambling requests efficiently and without unnecessary delays.
bat999 runs a multi-tier VIP programme that rewards regular players with progressively better cashback rates, reload bonuses, faster withdrawal processing and tailored promotions. Tiers run from Bronze through to Black (by invitation). All tier thresholds and benefits are published in the operator's official terms.
bat999 is engineered for speed. Pages load quickly on mobile data connections, live odds update in real time, and the navigation is kept clean and intuitive so you spend less time clicking around and more time on the action. Whether you are in Karachi on a busy network or at home in Lahore on Wi-Fi, the experience should be smooth.
bat999 has grown steadily since launch, always keeping the Pakistani player experience at the centre of every development milestone.
Timeline milestones are indicative of platform development phases. Exact dates and figures are subject to operator-provided information and may be updated as the platform evolves.
bat999 went live with an initial sports betting product covering Pakistan cricket and international football. The mobile-first interface and straightforward registration flow were the two most praised features in early user feedback.
The casino vertical launched with hundreds of slots, classic table games and a live dealer studio covering baccarat, roulette and blackjack. Andar Bahar — a game familiar to South Asian players — was added as part of the regional focus.
Dedicated PSL T20 betting markets, Urdu-language live chat support and a local payment-method integration roadmap were introduced, reinforcing bat999's commitment to serving the Pakistani market specifically rather than as an afterthought.
A comprehensive responsible gambling suite was rolled out — including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and a full self-exclusion mechanism — alongside updated KYC processes to better protect vulnerable players.
The multi-tier VIP loyalty programme launched, rewarding long-term players with escalating benefits. A structured promotions calendar covering cricket season, PSL, ICC tournaments and festive periods was introduced to give players consistent value throughout the year.
bat999 believes that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a source of stress, financial strain or harm. We take our duty of care to players seriously, and we embed responsible gambling principles into every part of the platform.
Our responsible gambling tools allow players to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, use session time reminders and, where needed, apply a full self-exclusion that locks the account for a chosen duration. These tools are available directly within account settings and can be applied at any time.
bat999 is strictly an 18+ platform — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction. Age verification is part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately. Local laws in Pakistan may restrict or prohibit online gambling, and it remains the player's responsibility to confirm that participation is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
Read Our Responsible Gambling PolicySet daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you deposit or lose. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced instantly — increases require a cooling-off period.
Receive on-screen reminders when you have been playing for a set amount of time, helping you keep track of how long you have been active on the platform.
Take a short break with a cooling-off period or apply a longer self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and all marketing communications are stopped.
If gambling is causing concern, we encourage players to reach out to recognised responsible gambling support organisations available in the operator's license jurisdiction. Details are listed on our Responsible Gambling page.
18+ Only. bat999 does not permit access to anyone under the age of 18, or the higher minimum required by the applicable license jurisdiction. If you are concerned about someone who may be gambling underage, please contact our support team immediately.
